From TESOL:

1. Make a short video (about 3-5 minutes) saying your name and where you work, then include a comment on what your talk is about and who it is aimed at.

2. Complete a short questionnaire about you. This is similar to the interviews that are often on the back page of Spanish newspapers or quick notes in the Guardian.
